We are excited to offer you another opportunity to work with one of the best-kept secrets in Schutzhund. Greg applies a clear and concise system in every phase of the sport. He has extensive experience in providing on-going training with excellent results to multiple groups.

Introduction

Greg is a nationally certified trial helper with the United Schutzhund Clubs of America.

He has broad experience as a training helper for Debbie Zappia and the Empire Working Dog Club, Ivan Balabanov, Jan Kokx, Gene England and many other greats.

Greg has a keen understanding of the dog and knows how to adjust training to fit a particular problem.

Greg has raised his dog L’Flair ot Vitosha from puppy to represent USA at the FMBB IPO Malinois World Championship three times in three consecutive years.

Pricing

All the participants will have an opportunity to work two sessions each day. It is up to an individual participant to select where to spend those sessions: obedience / protection. We are limiting the working spots to 15 participants. Preference will be given to those who have worked with Greg previously to allow for continued learning. Auditing spots are unlimited.

Food

Meals and drinks will be provided all three days free of charge. We will be grilling at least one of the days. Donations are always very much appreciated.

Training will start at 10:00 am every day.

5867 480th St, Harris, MN 55069 – 40 minutes north of the Twin Cities.

• Take I35 North to Exit 152 (Harris exit);

• Go Right or East .8 miles to Chisago County Road 30;

• Go Left or North 4.4 miles to CR58 or 480th street;

• Go Left or West on CR58 until you hit a hay bale in front of I35;

• The training grounds will be the last house on the left;

• Park in the designated parking area next to the indoor training facility.

L'Flair ot Vitosha SchH3, IPO3:

􀂃 Raised L’Flair from puppy to SchH III and IPO III several times.

􀂃 Represented USA three times at the FMBB Malinois World Championship (2006, 2007, and

qualified for 2008 team).

􀂃 Won the 2007 USA Southeastern Regional Schutzhund III Championship with a V score of 289

(95/95/99), High in Trial, High HOT, and High Alternate Breed.

􀂃 Finished second at the 2007 AWMA IPO III National Championship at seven years of age.

􀂃 Earned the AWMA IPO III High in Protection Award two times (2005 and 2007).

􀂃 Scored 100 points in a SchH III protection performance at Empire Working Dog Club trial.

Training Helper:

􀂃 Certified as a National Level Helper with the United Schutzhund Clubs of America.

􀂃 Gave regular protection workshops for Jan Kokx's group in St. Louis when Jan goes is in

Germany.

􀂃 Was handpicked by Jan to give protection seminars for his clients.

􀂃 Acted as the primary helper for Gene England seminars in Rochester, NY for five years and is

well-versed in the use of his protection tables (the square and round table) and tracking table.

􀂃 Worked as Debbie Zappia's helper for over five years in the role of the training helper for the

Empire Working Dog Club.

􀂃 Decoyed for numerous police patrol dogs and graduated from Advance Canine Academy's patrol

and narcotics police dog school in 2004.

􀂃 Performed the role of the training helper for Qenny ot Vitosha (2007 FMBB and FCI IPO III

World Champion; 2005, 2006, and 2007 AWDF IPO III Champion; and 2005 AWMA National

Champion).

􀂃 Acted as the primary training helper for Escobar Van Adelrik (2004 WUSV Vice World

Champion, 2003 USA National SchH III Champion).

􀂃 Performed all of the foundation bite work training of Debbie Zappia’s current competition dog Jai

vom Olgameister (2008 UScA H.O.T. Champion, 2007 USA New England Regional SchH III

Champion, and also 2nd place at the 2008 UScA North American Championship). Jai has scored a

protection score of 100 for his SchH III club trial.

􀂃 Provided his knowledge and experience in preparing Django ot Vitosha (2000 FMBB Vice World

Champion, 2001 USA National SchH III Champion, 2000 & 2001 AWDF IPO III National

Champion).

􀂃 Decoyed for Basko vom Haus Nixdorf (Jan Kokx's former competition dog). Basko showed at the

Bundesseiger four times.

􀂃 Assisted in training L'Simba (Sim) du Loups du Soleil during 2007 – 2009 period. L'Simba placed

8th at the FMBB 2007 World Championship and was the youngest dog in the competition at just

over two years of age and scored an overall score of 280 points (97/88/95). Sim recently placed 3rd

at the AWMA National Championship 2008 with 286 points (94/98/94). At the FMBB 2009 Sim

ranked 25th (79/97/97) and tied for 2nd place in stadium. Simba qualified for the FMBB World

Championship 2007, 2008, 2009 and FCI World Championship 2007.

􀂃 Trained and assisted in coaching of numerous other SchH III and IPO III dogs.

􀂃 Continues to give multiple protection seminars in CT, GA, MD, MN, MO, NY, VA, and WI.
